How can Residential Infrastructure Day be celebrated and promoted?

In 2025, our theme is “Infrastructure Icons – Champion Progress.” We’ll shine a spotlight on the remarkable people and organizations driving progress in these areas. Residential Infrastructure Day aims to raise awareness about the importance of these systems and the vital work done to ensure everyone has access to clean water, reliable heating and cooling, and effective communication technology. Join us as we promote education, maintenance, and support for our communities.

Leading up to the event, we’ll be featuring monthly shout-outs to our infrastructure icons. Let’s come together to celebrate those who make a difference in our daily lives and show our support for progress in our communities.

This year, we’re also excited to introduce a new way to participate: the “Last Mile Challenge.” Pledge to walk one mile in your community throughout May, engaging with and learning about local residential infrastructure. Share your experiences with us and become a part of the movement to champion progress.
